The Formulas component simplifies the management of all your proprietary products. A formula is comprised of one or more materials and can be added to tickets. When ticket batches are produced, the formula (not the individual materials) are listed on the delivery ticket.
When a ticket batch is sent to a system, the appropriate materials and quantities will be sent to the system's PLC. ControlPro takes care of all the unit of measurement conversions behind the scenes simplifying and speeding up production.

Import formulas from 3rd party software.
While ControlPro is designed to import tickets, formulas, and materials from 3rd party software for a complete end-to-end solution, ControlPro can also be run stand-alone. When tickets are imported into ControlPro, any new formulas on those tickets are automatically created.
Save time with drag & drop technology.
Formulas can easily be created by dragging materials and/or other formulas and dropping them into new formulas. This same technology allows formulas to be quickly added to tickets as well.
Don't worry about unit of measurement conversions.
ControlPro handles all the complex unit of measurement conversions so you can focus on customers. Do your customers want to see lbs but you track the formula in tons? Formulas, materials, systems, and delivery tickets can each use different units of measurements and ControlPro will ensure the correct amounts are produced and recorded.
Use the same formulas for multiple originators.
If multiple originators (locations, software packages, and/or companies) use different IDs to refer to the same formulas, fields can be mapped in ControlPro to streamline production.
