ControlPro integrates with industry-leading agronomy and accounting software solutions. This integration is designed to reduce data entry errors, elevate customer service, and improve inventory management.
ControlPro automatically brings over tickets from 3rd party software. Any new materials and/or formulas included on the tickets will then be able to be assigned to the correct system.
ControlPro can run stand-alone, but for situations where a ticket-less customer shows up at a location or the network is down, ControlPro can create an 'originator ticket'. This ticket then shows up on an exception report for the home office to enter manually.
ControlPro offers custom fields to store the information YOU want/need on your customer tickets.
Tickets can be configured by an admin to auto-complete after a certain percentage threshold of materials has been delivered or upon expiration. This can be done system-wide or by ticket depending on your 3rd party settings.
When possible, ControlPro manages all the advanced ticket and batch size calculations. ControlPro seamlessly runs the units of measurement calculations between Tickets (reported to customers) and Materials and/or Formulas (internal inventory tracking). Calculate batch size automatically based on the delivery ticket setup, system capacity, and equipment constraints.
Customize delivery tickets to meet local regulations, customer demands, and company standards.
Easily configure delivery ticket design in Microsoft Word.
Add different images and logo for each originator (location and/or company).
Set up documents to automatically be sent to drivers, customers, and coworkers upon batch and ticket completion.

Load sizes can be adjusted from the Unattended screen of ControlPro. If a drivers truck can't hold the total amount the ticket was created for, the driver can modify the size of the load, or even run sub-batches if the trailer has split compartments.
In this video we show you how to create an originated ticket in ControlPro. This is a way for you to create a ticket that has a prefix different from the ControlPro instance that you are currently working on.
